Hello,
Can i use my tftp server on my local machine to store the my configurations. So that i can save a lot of time.
Please can you explain how can i do this? |

| Right now, there is no way to save configurations via TFTP. Is there anyone else that would find this feature useful ? If so, I may consider implementing a per-user local TFTP server feature |

I do not see too much savings by using tftp server. You can always cut and paste config file to the terminal and back from terminal to the file. Even default MS telnet have this simple feature. Having said that, it would be nice to have tftp capabilities in the future just for fun of playing with it. The real reason would be posibility to store configurations for practice scenarios. I can see need for practice scenarios from simple to challenging available to the free-labs users. Voluntiers, anybody ?

I am not aware of copy config file to to text file. Could you please let me know that..
And also iam interested in some lab scenarios with respect to free-labs network.

really theprcatice scenario will helpful to us, I am ok to voluntier for this...
I have some documentation based on the current lab ( and what i practiced so far in FL), we need to develop. do you have any doc?
any information you can PM to me or post it here...

type show run in enable mode, and you'll get the config. after that just copy and paste to a text file..when you need to load the same config again, just copy everything from the text file and paste in config mode
i agree with the lab scenarios 
actually, there are quite a number of lab scenarios out there, we can tweak them in order to use it here |

I think it would be great to finally use a TFTP server to save configs. Also to get a chance at perhaps loading a different IOS as an excercise would be a great experience. It's one thing to read about upgrading an IOS and the configuration register and such but to actually do it might help to nail the process in the old brain box.
