Problem when connecting to R1 and R7 on Pod 1

When I tried to connect R1 and R7 on Pod 1, It says "Press Return to get started", but when I pressed Return key, there was no command prompt showed up. This problem has occured since yesterday morning.Can anybody look into this problem? Thank you.

The same problem - again with R1 and R7, the console sleep after press "any key" ....
