My serial interfaces show up but cannot ping and - help

This is the first time in the lab so may be doing something stupid and hopefully something simple to fix. Using Frame Relay, the serial interfaces show up at both the physical and datalink layer but I cannot ping them and the RIP advtisments are not working. Configs are below for Routers 5, 1 and 2 from POD 3
