What do you guys think about the 48/24 hour cancellation feature. Let me know if it's helping improve availabity, or if it's annoying you!

I agree with that, a kind of mailing list with alerts of cancelations is a good idea. |

I think outlook has a feature that you can attach appointments to emails. I'll see if I can replicate the format, and maybe have it send along with the reservation confirmation. No promises though

| I think the confirmation feature is a definately a crucial feature. Without it I doubt you'd get many new users signing up. One look at the calendar being filled up solid for 2 months would probably turn most people away. |

I have no problems with the cancellation feature, but sometimes the email reminders get delayed or lost completely, and my sessions were cancelled before I knew it! 
It might be a good idea to have an extra email reminder sent 24 hours before the final one...  |

| Is anyone else losing , or receiving delayed confirmation emails ? So far this is the first complaint about not receiving confirmation requests. |
